Shipping policy
Once your order is on its way and tracking has been sent, Lash Culture is unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. If anything goes wrong with delivery, please contact the delivery courier, they will be able to assist.
Import Duties/Taxes
International orders: It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply in their country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not paid by or the responsibility of Lash Culture. *Exception of the USA - duties will be calculated and applied at checkout for US orders.
Orders will not be refunded for unpaid duties.
Lost/Missing Parcels
All orders come with a tracking number to track your parcel. Lash Culture is not responsible for lost parcels or shipping delays incurred by postal services. Should your order get lost in transit it is your responsibility to lodge a claim with Australia Post. Please double check your address before placing your order. Lash Culture is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address provided by the customer.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.

Express: 1-3 business days
Standard: 3-6 business days
For orders up to $250 fixed shipping rates apply. Domestic orders $250 and above qualify for free express shipping.
International
Standard and express international shipping is available and all parcels are shipped via Australia Post International. Please see below for your countries transit times. Note: these are estimates given by Australia post and may vary depending on specific country.

Adhesive Shipping Note
Order containing adhesives will not be shipped over the weekend. Orders for adhesive placed on Thursdays after 10am will be shipped the following Monday and it’s recommended to use express shipping on all adhesive purchases.
